The safety of my customers is of paramount importance to me and the following are the measures I am taking as a business in response to the escalating situation in the UK due to COVID-19. I am taking daily guidance from the LDC head office response team that is continually monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance so I have the most current advice possible.
You will appreciate that at the moment unless you are a critical worker able to obtain an Emergency Driving Test as part of helping to fight the virus by removing your dependency upon public transport or to help with transporting the sick it is not appropriate to undergo driving tuition.
As a consequence, I have decided to suspend driving lessons and courses until further notice. However, I am able to provide training towards the Car Theory Test and I am happy to give you access to my learners hub and app for free. By registering to use this system I will keep you up to date as to when I can give you driving tuition again. I will also give priority to those who have registered with me at this time once I am able to recommence lessons to the general public again. I am sure you will appreciate that once this is over there may be a rush to take lessons and book driving tests. Therefore, if you were already registered with me (i.e. an existing customer) or should you choose to register with me now I will be able to give you a priority service later on.
In preparation for when I restart I propose to implement certain COVID-19 safeguarding measures which are in addition to the protections offered in my standard training Terms and Conditions. Please check these out by visiting my COVID-19 Safeguarding Terms and Conditions page.
Current government advice regarding theory and practical tests is as below for your information.
